Cookie Policy
This page describes the cookies and similar technologies used by fenixhotel.it, in accordance with the general ruling of the Italian Data Protection Authority on cookies, with Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and with Article 5.3 of the ePrivacy Directive.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the websites you visit send to your browser, where they are stored and then sent back to those websites on your next visit. They may be “technical” (necessary for the website to work, no consent required) or “profiling/analytics” cookies (which require your explicit consent).
2. Technical cookies (always active)
These require no consent as they are strictly necessary to provide a service requested by the user. This is currently the only cookie actually set by the website:

3. Profiling, analytics and marketing cookies
The website currently uses no profiling, analytics or marketing cookies: no third-party service is installed (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or remarketing pixels) and no script of that kind is loaded.
Should measurement or marketing tools be introduced in the future, this will happen only after your explicit consent through a dedicated banner, and this page will be updated with the full list of cookies set (name, third party, purpose, duration) before they are activated.
4. Third-party cookies triggered by your action
On the Location page, the Google map is replaced by a static preview and is loaded only after an explicit click. From that moment Google may set its own cookies, in accordance with Google's privacy policy. Likewise, the “Book now” button leads to the booking engine provider's website, which applies its own policy.
5. Infrastructure cookies
The website is delivered through Cloudflare, which under certain security conditions (for
example bot verification) may set its own technical cookies (__cf_bm,
cf_clearance) independently of the website configuration. They contain no data that
personally identifies you and serve solely to protect the infrastructure from harmful automated
traffic.
